  1. So it looks to me like Ocon might have gained a place had they pitted him earlier, and then they might have played a similar game as Mercedes to get Perez ahead (assuming the two RPFI drivers would be able to coordinate like that; but in the end it didn’t matter due to Grosjean’s dsq).

  2. Safe to say, on this race sunday Ferrari and Mercedes were surprisingly quite matched, slight advantage to Mercedes (as Wolff himself indicated after the race).
