Apparently, Ferrari learned nothing from the Monza-Q3 farce, LOL.

No-no. They learned!
They just constantly find new ways to mess up!

In front of top management nonetheless.

Well, this time it looked to me more like it was mostly Sainz maybe going a tad too slow (for his own preparation – seeing how much he lost to Norris compared to the first run), bunching up the cars behind him, including Albon – who was then looking at getting enough distance between himself and the cars ahead.
Vettel started his lap only miliseconds before the lights went red, and Vettel seems to have lost out on temperature waiting for Albon ahead to get going. Leclerc lost out from the whole field.
So yeah, they should probably have waited a bit less, but in Monza they were key in the whole setup themselves, here, they just made the mistake of wanting to go out last.

Hamilton in Q3 was simply brutal, with both his laps under 1:35. Damn, that was amazing.

I tipped him to go a bit over a tenth faster still. But I think that messy outlap with having to overtake Sainz cost both Hamilton and Verstappen and possibly Bottas too a bit of time @phylyp

Leclerc, Vettel, it’s not going to go happily, is it?
Hamilton should be OK with a clean start. Verstappen should be cautious, third place in the championship beckons.
