I’d like if it was 17:00-17:00-17:10 (local for FP2, QLF, and the race, respectively), but oh well, having two races in the same place is a one-off thing for this year anyway, as is F1 racing in Bahrain at this time of year.
The Saturday sessions originally had 18:00-19:00 and 21:00 until they got brought forward by an hour, which I first noticed on the weekend between Turkey and Bahrain 1.

That is even much later then last time with the red flag included. Will that influence track temperatures?

@macleod The nights are rather hot, and during last Sunday’s 3-hour race the track temperature dropped by about one degree (from 29 to 28) if I remember correctly. So, not much difference, except that the FP1 and FP3 sessions will be quite useless.

One wonders if they could have had another trial of the 2 day format here, as sectors 1 & 3 are largely unchanged, and the layout appears to be suited for a low DF setup.
