Vietnam GP refusing to provide refunds

Despite the ‘postponement’ of the race in Vietnam, although I suspect we all know it will eventually be cancelled, I am being refused a refund on my tickets. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this?
They are insisting that the tickets will still be valid which I understand. However, I am travelling from Canada and there is no way I will be able to make whatever date they now re-arrange this race for later in the year. Either from a time off or cost perspective. Very disappointing that they would take advantage of people at a time like this.
